Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of the 12 Central Florida locations for Brookdale Senior Living (the largest senior living provider in the United States). Responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have direct impact on the results within the area. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping and maintenance. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Use strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues.

Served as Chief Executive Officer leading agency which has encompassed budget of up to $7 million dollars, two campuses, 26 departments with 250+ employees, and a 27-person board of directors. Collaborate with leadership of all the additional agencies on shared campus. Serve as development director for all fundraising efforts. • Led development of new strategic assessment and strategic plan to define trends and identify innovations needed to continue and increase sustainability. Refocused on core businesses, updated branding and expanded marketing, maintaining intense focus on mission • Increased focus on financial stability and sustainability. Plans for expansion in 2015 due to long-term support gained from donor • Directed completion of renovation project to main campus building• Ran the operation of one of the largest JCC preschool programs in the country and grew enrollment over 10%, and still increasing

Directed multiple sports and recreation programs and events including Youth & Teen Sports Leagues, Teen Service Program, Adult Sports Leagues, Indian Guides, Summer Camps, golf tournament and annual 5K road race
