On call to detect, analyze and correct system problems. Created SQL queries to retrieve data from db2 and SQL Server databases.Updated JCL and COBOL programs. Processed customer adjustments.Represented the Production Support team to help resolve non-system impacting issues, i.e. bill display, rating, and discounting errors.Developed GUI application to track work requests using a SQL Server and Visual Basic. The application allowed multiple users to input new work requests, report status and timed worked on work requests and provided status reports to management.
