I now serve as Managing Director of North American Systems and as global Chief Sustainability Officer for BCG. Previously, I led BCG in the North East which was comprised of Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Washington, DC. I moved to Philadelphia in 2008 to open BCG's office, which has been one of the fastest growing offices for BCG globally.I helped found BCG TURN (our special transformation business) and led the group in North America. For over 20 years my work has focused on large transformations, turnarounds, and major programs across a wide range of industries. I have worked extensively in the food and beverage industries for manufacturers and distributors. I am one of BCG's experts in the beverage alcohol industry having worked for multiple large industry players globally. My work spans organizational design/build, growth, strategy development, and cost improvement efforts. I lived and worked in BCG Amsterdam for two years and have worked with clients all around the globe, particularly spending time working with clients in China and Australia. Prior to business school, I worked for General Electric in the U.S. as well as for subsidiaries in Hungary and Italy.
