I have held several Senior management positions within both British Airways maintenance Cardiff and Monarch Aircraft Engineering, primarilly focusing on supply chain management initiatives including Logistics Handling consolidation and staff rationalisation and AMOS software system implementation within the Logistics Department.Within the positions served have implemented performance management measures driving a multifunctional working culture and significantly improved performance levels I have been involved in inventory optimisation exercises and new fleet procurement exercises.I have also lead outsourcing exercises including MAEL workshops /internal transport and the entire Logistics Handling function.I have also managed the outsourcing of component repair activities to a single source provider who also manage a consignment on MAEL behalf.
