Technical Skills And Development Program Coordinator
-Works with Technical Training and Development Supervisor to prepare training schedules for upcoming classes, assisting instructors with facilitation planning and keeping technical skill and maintenance training management informed of upcoming RWP training classes with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook.-Schedules over 5400 WMATA employees and contractors for annual RWP courses. Works closely with leadership to anticipate trends that may impact compliance and service. Serves as critical customer facing resource for all inquiries via phone, email and/or in person, regarding RWP Program. Engages daily, with RWP staff, addressing class concerns, registration, participant corrections in real time.-Provides daily / weekly/ monthly / annual updates to all stakeholders regarding TSP status(s) with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel via reporting and direct communication.Creates, updates, tracks and verifies courses within WMATA’s Electronic Learning Management (ELM) System. Ensures all RWP records are verified, filed, and stored in accordance with RWP’s Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) as well as current oversight entities.
