Every night, I am expected to be able to organise referees for every game of the night, choosing appropriate referees for the right game. When able to, I would be in charge in making sure the opportunity for junior or developing referees to improve is given to them by allocating a more senior referee that can help improve them. I also have to process through any verbal or formal complaints that are given to the association about referees and make sure that no unfair play is occurring from the referees point of view.

Being able to organise young children to attend training's, games and other commitments to a sporting team. Also was required to make executive decisions on awards at the end of every season which had to be based off skill and not opinion, making sure it was a professional opinion. At the end of every season, for each team, a speech about the progress of the team and the results they achieved would have to be spoken in front of about 100 people, making sure I was confident and clear with what i was saying.

Coaching and guiding children to improve and enhance their skills in a wide range of sports. Organising and running training sessions to achieve these goals as well as organising competitions to attend to test these improved skills in an competitive nature
