I was specialized in MATLAB and Altera FPGA in telecommunication field in colleague. I spent the first 5 years as an engineer dedicated to purely FPGA and its peripherals. Later I was promoted to be in charge of leading a team to serve Altera official dev. kit business. I'm also responsible for leading the technical support team, as well as the design service team. I now serve top tier customers such as Intel and focus on hardware acceleration for multi-purposes such as AI, Deep Learning, Neural Network, and 5G deployment. I'm proud of all the works I've done over the years in* successfully delivering the latest FPGA platforms from MAX to Stratix series and from 3rd generation in TSMC to 10nm technology in Intel* solving the puzzles of signal integrity across the platforms and numerous bugs in test program* bringing down the average cost of FPGA dev. kits to 20% lower than customers' expectation while maintaining superior quality* conducting training sessions internally and externally for industry and academia* achieving at least 95% final yield for production build of high-end FPGA kits and 99% for mid. end and low-end FPGA products* connecting strategic partners by providing technical advise and starting campaigns together
