Steam Generators Program Engineer And Aging Management
Current• Providing overall technical ownership and accountability for the fitness for service of the PLNGS Steam Generators.• Manage regulatory engagement of the Steam Generators and Aging Management program.• Developing program/component health reports with short and long term action improvement/sustainment plans.• Establish outage scope in support of regulatory compliance requirements• Performing, monitoring and trending of assigned equipment/components.• Understand, identify and manage equipment/components aging management issues by defining inspections and other activities necessary to manage component aging.• Actively participating in the corrective action program.• Interface with and inform the various levels of the organization on the health of the Steam Generators• Interface with industry to ensure that PLNGS is current with the state-of-the-art of Steam Generators asset management• Consider innovative strategies to ensure high power operation to end of life while maximizing safety and minimizing overall risk and cost to NB Power
