Leading a team of around 30 CAE analysts developing the Jaguar I-Pace to meet our world leading targets in Safety, NVH and Durability.My main responsibilities in this role were the delivery of CAE results for the three main attributes and leading the development of the Body components where necessary.

Leader of a small team of CAE analysts working on Body CAE analysis for various programs including Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Jaguar F-Type and Jaguar XE.During my time as a Team Leader I worked across all Body Engineering components - analysing their performance against all attributes. I began my career as a Team Leader analysing Door Trims before moving on to Closures analysis. I spent the final year of focusing on Body Structures - predominantly developing Safety Performance.
