Provided strategic oversight for developing and implementing organizational culture for the system of 5,000 employees.Developed/facilitated a "leader hub group" for leaders at all levels across the enterprise. The focus wasto provide an opportunity for leaders to interact with other leaders on challenges they were facing in their role. There were 120 leaders (40% of the enterprise leaders) participating in these groups at all levels. Introduced Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment tool and coaching model to develop managers and physicians around the "power skills" needed for interpersonal success. Evaluated the employee assistance program (EAP) and was able to apply a cost savings of 30K per year to the contract.Provided regular consultation to executives on opportunities for the development of leaders. Facilitated the acquisition of a third party administrator purchasing a regional EAP (i.e. employee assistance program) Evaluated service delivery model and proposed/implemented a new structure to streamline operational processes. Led a team of 10 behavioral health providers and provided oversight to several contractors (i.e. medical director, electronic medical record vendor, hours crisis vendor and work/life vendor etc) Responsible for administration and operational oversight of a benefits delivery system for Taft Hartley trust funds. This behavioral health delivery system coordinated healthcare for 100,000 union-represented lives.Designed and facilitated the integration of the service model into the TPA purchaser. Lead the development of improved data reporting leading to improved reporting accuracy for the end user.Led alignment of more than 100 independent healthcare providers to create a consistent network of service delivery.Collaborated with legal counsel to replace ad hoc contracting with strong, legally supported policy and procedure contracting reducing liability. Implemented industry standard process/workflow to support medical necessity decisions. Re-formulated custpmer contract language/deliverables to include consulting psychiatrist oversight to the review process fpr medical necessity review for Taft Hartley book of business. Collaborated with commercial real estate developers for selection of new office space, contracted with local contractors for renovation and saw development through to completion within two years of arrival.

Supervised a team of 5 behavioral health providers as well as contracted services (i.e. medical director, electronic medical records, work/life benefit etc).Interface regularly with HR/Occupational medicine and Risk Management on high-risk cases (i.e. fitness or duty. Oversaw referral/case management process for referrals for forensic psychiatric/psychological as part of a fitness for duty referral. Interfaced with health plan to embed a telephonic employee assistance program (EAP) to their 50,00 fully insured members.. Revenue of 400K was allocated to Human Resources department as the EAP program fell under that budget.Worked with vendor create a pre-employment selection tool to improve the HR hiring process. Served as the point of contact for that deliverable. Directed EAP account management services for 30 corporate entities in east Central ILCreated content/model to oversee Emotional intelligence (EI) assessment/coaching to hospital leadership team (both administrative and physician leadership).
