Introduced Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment tool and coaching model to develop managers and physicians around the "power skills" needed for interpersonal success. Evaluated the employee assistance program (EAP) and was able to apply a cost savings of 30K per year to the contract.Provided regular consultation to executives on opportunities for the development of leaders. This had not been done within the system before my arrival.Received 40 hours of training and passed a certification exam to become a Certified Cultural Curator, June 2021. No expiration. -

Led a team of 10 behavioral health providers and provided oversight to several contractors (i.e. medical director, electronic medical record vendor, hours crisis vendor and work/life vendor etc) Responsible for administration and operational oversight of a benefits delivery system for Taft Hartley trust funds. This behavioral health delivery system coordinated healthcare for 100,000 union-represented lives.Designed and facilitated the integration of the service model into the TPA purchaser. Lead the development of improved data reporting leading to improved reporting accuracy for the end user.Led alignment of more than 100 independent healthcare providers to create a consistent network of service delivery.Collaborated with legal counsel to replace ad hoc contracting with strong, legally supported policy and procedure contracting reducing liability. Implemented industry standard process/workflow to support medical necessity decisions. Re-formulated custpmer contract language/deliverables to include consulting psychiatrist oversight to the review process fpr medical necessity review for Taft Hartley book of business. Collaborated with commercial real estate developers for selection of new office space, contracted with local contractors for renovation and saw development through to completion within two years of arrival.
