Oversaw the design and Construction administration (CA) phase of a large MTA facility in Corona Queens ($170 Million), a Leed certified facility that services and maintains a large city’s fleet of railcars. Worked directly with the GC (Slattery Skanska) and the eng. group (Parson Brickerhoff) from pre construction phase to completion.
