I am leading Crowe's Talent Solutions Transformation, in direct support of Crowe's growth ambition. Spanning all aspects of our Talent Solutions (Human Resources) organization, our Transformation will be a multi-year effort to implement enhanced technology, streamlined processes, and improved delivery of all HR activities to our internal business unit clients.

I serve as Chief of Staff for the Senior Vice President of the Global Regulatory Affairs & Safety organization and its 900+ staff across 40+ countries. My primary role is to ensure our team has the resources it needs to serve our patients in all our markets.

I advise the Senior Vice President and Executive Leadership Team for Global Regulatory Affairs and Safety on topics related to Change Management, Communications, and Strategic Planning. I also manage a portfolio of projects designed to transform the speed and efficiency of our work, while simultaneously tracking and maintaining data related to our business operations (i.e., headcount, space utilization, etc.).

I work with clients to reduce the pain of large-scale business transformations. My experience spans technology implementations, global business redesigns, regulatory changes, and business process improvement.
