Has been a professional fitness trainer for over 2 decades and logged over 30,000 hours of personal and group instruction. For over a combined forty years he has been intensely studying, applying and/or teaching martial arts. His unique style of training has been introduced and practiced by individuals from all walks of life, including athletes from the NFL, PGA, NBA, UFC, MLB, NCAA Football and Lacrosse, and high school athletes of all sports. He is also experienced in rehabilitation programs with cancer patients, post-op, and various injury recovery programs.He is the creator of a method of training, Black Dragon Yoga, which is a challenge beyond simply transforming the form and function to body structure. It is a discipline for the physical, mental, and spiritual, as well.Additionally, David incorporates the education and experience he has received into all modes of training whether the client is seeking to improve health and fitness, overall body composition, sports specific training, etc. the philosophy, discipline, and coordination are always the motive whatever the physical endeavor.
