In my current role, I deploy and configure network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to ensure connectivity and security across network infrastructure. In my past role, I led network engineering team in managing service delivery orders, including add, move, change, and delete requests. I oversaw IT Department, encompassing helpdesk, IT projects, infrastructure, and application/ERP development. I led migration project of transferring data from legacy accounting system in another business segment into Epicor ERP. I also replaced physical server in Boston with VMWare Host.
