The team was purpose-built to understand the needs of the business with the technical ability to quickly implement solutions. 3 - Built systems that empower FP&A and the business with effective tools to understand, analyze, manage and forecast Williams' performance. 3 - Designed and implemented first enterprise-wide EPM suite of modern, streamlined applications following dramatic reorganization. 1 - Oversaw staff of 4 senior accountants responsible for expense analysis, financial reporting, and forecast consolidations.2 - Oversaw development of planning application for newly-formed Williams Partners MLP and built integration to consolidate results within Midstream business unit. 3 - Created interactive reporting platform using a variety of Hyperion tools with a web page front end (before the enterprise implementation of sharepoint). 4 - Oversaw development of Midstream portion of significant Hyperion upgrade which resulted in first expense forecasting application, drill-though reporting applications, automated report bursting, and other reporting tools.5 - Implemented first capital cube sourced from Powerplant. Logic included CAD currency translation and JV proportional calculations.

1 - Coordinate SEC reporting functions for Midstream business unit including MD&A and various financial notes. 2 - Manage internal management reporting system including incorporation of 1B Canadian acquisition, NGL trading, and olefins businesses. Created various financial scorecards to measure asset performance, working capital, and other metrics. 3 - Led business unit efforts to implement new ledger, data warehouse, and Essbase applications. 4 - Assumed ownership of planning applications and salvaged failed implementation. 5 - Created new, streamlined MD&A process used to prepare quarterly presentations to senior management and auditors.6 - Presented quarterly accounting results to Midstream SVP and Williams CFO.
