I joined Eversheds Sutherland's Finance Practice Group as a partner in the Atlanta office and as Head of Corporate Debt Advisory – Financial Restructuring Group. I am an accomplished financial restructuring and workout attorney with almost 20 years of experience in guiding clients through complex situations. Based on the ebb and flow of the economy and the evolution of client needs, I regularly advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate financing, structured financing, workouts, restructuring, and bankruptcy. With a core focus on advising clients on maximizing value and minimizing risk, I bring diverse experience across industries and across practice areas to propose value-added solutions to meet and exceed my clients’ needs.At bottom, I enjoy serving as a sounding board and adviser to my clients in wide-ranging activities and bringing my diverse background and experiences to provide new perspective and to advise them on matters across all traditional practice groups.
