Special focus on cisco product line development, including smartphone, desktop phone interaction/user interface design. Responsible for driving user experience improvements for proposal based innovation, well communicated with SW team/ID design team to build a process from concept to implementation. Developed user interface design standards and patterns; created and directed production of interaction design and information architecture deliverables including wireframes, GUI Spec and flash simulation.
