• Integrated Operations Digital Operations Council leader - Charter and develop a new council within the company to focus leaders on industry 4.0 transformation within DuPont. Lead a core team of IT leaders from each business through 5 critical paths for success 1) development of IT /OT roadmaps 2) Building digital foundations at our sites 3) harmonize IT/OT standards 4) developing a corporate data strategy 5) Developing internal training needs• Develop a corporate level analytics team to enable more agile decision making by our senior leaders. Rapidly prototype and deploy visuals to aid in decision making and tracking KPIs for operations• Oversee adoption of corporate Integrated Management Suite. • Global Reliability & Maintenance Core Team leader - Responsible for managing business execution of corporate council directives in the R&M area. Scope of work includes developing corporate metrics that are measurable and putting those metrics into the hands of the business leaders who can direct resources to support site initiatives• Global Program Manager, TrakSYS™ - Leading a team of 20+ people to manage the company's transition to a new performance metric based on TEEP and OEE. The team is also deploying new software (TrakSYS™) across the enterprise to track lost production time and other production losses in support of the TEEP metric. • Responsible for hiring, leading, coaching and training teams in North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region• Total project budget in excess of $30MM over three (3) years• Return of 2 to 8% productivity improvement per site deployed• After successful pilots, developed a multi-year plan to roll out TrakSYS™ tool and TEEP performance metric to 100+ production units in DuPont.• Lead the development of the program from 2 people to a team of over 20 people• Project Lead – Global roll-out of TapRooT® software (RCFA) and training across the company for all high-risk sites.

• Asset Management Optimization - lead a team of 15 engineers, 6Sigma Black belts and Mindsets and Behaviors experts that helped release over $2 million in sustainable profits (2014) at a sold out plant site with almost no additional capital• Travel to multiple DuPont production sites in North America and help improve inspection protocols (API 510, 653, 570) with in the plants and help identify damage mechanisms for the equipment• Failure analysis: Conduct multiple materials failure analysis in an effort to improve plant up-time and productivity. • Lead internal training conferences. Lead physical evidence team to determine root cause of a large refinery fire that shut down all production for several days. Provided lessons learned to the company. Lead multiple root cause failure analysis teams. Primary responsibility is to act as a refinery consultant to all levels of personal in the refinery. Provide turn around coverage for unit outages as needed. Used API 580/581 Risk Based Inspections to help prioritize inspections and to optimize turn around scope. Provide general material and metallurgical recommendations to reliability engineers on a day to day basis. Provide mentorship to new engineers and co-ops. Consult with technical service engineers to provide solutions for running unusual or highly corrosive crude oils through the refinery. Initiate and participate in Business Improvement and Unit Improvement initiatives. Submit coating, painting and insulation specifications to vendors to support ongoing projects. Final release authority for all products leaving the refinery, including product worth in excess of $10 million, on a daily basis. Managed a capital budget of approximately $300k to procure new testing equipment for the laboratory and an operating budget of $300k to maintain existing laboratory equipment. Responsible for managing approximately twenty hourly employees, two chemists, and ensuring sustainability of excellent safety record. Responsibilities included maintenance of testing equipment and keeping lab procedures up to date and in compliance with ASTM and company standards. Primary chemist in charge of the Crude Assay Testing Program. Assisted team in obtaining RC14001 Certification for the Refinery and Laboratory. Primary technical interface between production and logistics/sales.

Responsible for building, servicing, and modifying, high pressure and atmospheric bench scale reactors. Performed analysis using gas chromatography and Leco furnaces. Responsible for obtaining specialized samples from operating units in the field with custom equipment. Worked on several process optimization projects that helped improve efficiency.
