I facilitate workshops and retreats for teams and organizations who want to grow their collaborative capacity. Learning happens not merely cognitively but when we enact new possibilities together. My work is fueled by applied improvisation and Liberating Structures because they are potent, effective, and fun! Play shifts our cognition out of the amygdala (our fight/flight brain) and into the neocortex where we can really connect and go somewhere! And joy emerges!This joy, support, and trust that emerges in my workshops is energizing. And because this isn't solely cognitive learning, but rather embodied learning, it more easily globalizes into our whole selves, and if we allow it, into our organizations, and communities.​In every improv game we are always facing the unknown. When we experience this within a context of play and support we become more resilient. And resilience is vital in our time.
