Visionary and accomplished educator with an impressive 27-year track record in transforming the lives of gifted and outstanding children. As the Founder and CEO of OMC (Faith and Excellence Center), a prestigious educational organization, I am dedicated to promoting excellence and achievements among students from ultra-Orthodox, ultra-Orthodox, Chav communities, and Dim sectors, emphasizing the importance of Torah and religious studies.At the helm of the renowned Barkat Center in Yad Binyamin, I have successfully managed the educational programs catering to these unique sectors. Simultaneously, as the CEO of the Center for the Development of Thinking According to the Theory of Constraints, I have brought my expertise in managing similar centers in Beit Shemesh and Rehovot for gifted and outstanding children.My passion for education extends to various scientific and theoretical fields, including science, mathematics, computers, the Bible, and digital visual marketing in the media. With a rich experience as a teacher and lecturer, I also served as a "trainer teacher" at Lifshitz College and lectured at the Ministry's centers for gifted education. I have published two books, "The Multigenerational Connection," derived from a course I taught, and have contributed to the pedagogical team at the esteemed Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem.My dedication and innovative approaches have earned recognition in the education community. Under my leadership, the Barkat Center received a prestigious education award in collaboration with the regional council Nahal Sorek coordinator of the Ministry of Education. I have consistently pursued personal growth, completing a director's course with honors at Bar-Ilan University and pioneering live broadcasts of graduation ceremonies for Orthodox Jewish communities globally, fostering unity and inclusivity.Embracing technology, I have expanded the reach of the Barkat Center by integrating gifted and outstanding children through live broadcasts and utilizing the Zoom platform to engage with students abroad. Leveraging my expertise and passion, I founded the Barakat Academy for All, a groundbreaking initiative providing high-quality, meaningful education to Hebrew-speaking Jewish children in Israel and around the world. The academy aims to nurture their happiness, self-confidence, emotional resilience, and academic and professional success.
