Hired to lead the start-up of a 250K sf greenfield distribution center, establish KPI reporting and operational discipline across 6 US distribution centers in preparation for the company (EZ-FLO International) to be marketed for sale. We were successful on all fronts and EZ-FLO was acquired by Reliance Worldwide. I was retained post acquisition by RWC to lead the SAP WM configuration for all 6 legacy EZ-FLO facilities.

Hired to assist with the implementation of the 6 Rivers Robotic Cart solution, and to manage the operation through the massive changes. As Manager of the E-Commerce Fulfillment Center, I guided the team through the operational changes, I facilitated the development of operational and KPI reports by combining data from the Body Building legacy ERP and the 6 Rivers System for the entire supply chain team by leveraging my experience with analytics and databases. I was very fortunate to get the opportunity to work with wonderful human associates and 6 River Systems autonomous robots.
