With 38 years of experience in the pneumatics industry I’ve shared a meritorious journey with my single employer thus far, Norgren. Every so often one’s brief, responsibilities and job role change. With life as a Sector head behind me I find myself in the dynamic and challenging area of Product Management.With PLM at the heart of one’s focus I have formulated and devised detailed plans in several growth areas appropriate to our market differentiation, product portfolio and technology roadmapPast experiences:Instrumental in the creation of the Norgren EA Masterclass syllabus, with a particular influence on the commercial aspect of training. This has since become recognised as a group-wide global success that continues to add value to the business. I possess a broad depth of product knowledge in the pneumatics and fluid controls markets, which has fuelled my passion to develop Norgren’s global offering in the Industrial Automation sector by continuing to develop bespoke solutions that can be market, customer, application or project specific.
