Effectively recruit, interview, coach and place top level candidates in temporary and direct hire positions that meet Job-Fit, Person-Fit and Organization-Fit for our clients and their organizations• Recruiting for Accounting and Finance, Call-Center, Light Industrial and Administrative positions• Daily tracking of applicants in applicant tracking system• Pre-screen qualified applicants and schedule interviews for hiring managers.• Schedule follow-up on interview results with hiring managers• Build relationship with our clients to ensure all of their needs were met to ensure they meet their business goals• Liaison between recruit and client to negotiate total compensation package including salary and benefits• Continued to carry on with specific HR duties including completion of payroll related activities, applicant onboarding paperwork, investigation of discrepancies and issues, etc.
