CurrentEDA Industry. Technical Support of PADS products for use in the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards. Global contact for remote offices in Europe, India, and Japan. Global support rep for Motorola, Freescale, and Lucent/Nokia. Responsible for disposition of customer driven defects and enhancements. Work directly with QA and Engineering to resolve customer issues. Responsible for all escalations of customer issues. Manage online user group for customer of PADS Software.
