David White is the President and Co-Founder of White On White Enterprises, a Business Development Consultancy designed to help small businesses dominate their local online presence, build a positive online reputation, and turn their customers into raving fans for their business. W.O.W.E. specializes in helping small businesses build a brand for themselves while implementing innovative solutions and strategies that generate offline traffic and conversions. He has owned several businesses and he has been very active in the non-profit sector where he developed and organized various community based organizations and worked closely with local business owners, social service agencies, community leaders and local communities to market the individual organizations as well as provide the needed services to the communities in its service area. He served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic in the U.S. Air Force; as a non commissioned officer he served in positions of responsibility which helped to develop the leadership skills that he brings into every endeavor he undertakes.

Fromm 2009 to the present, I created several programs for middle and high school students.The Alternate Route is a diversion program targeting juvenile offenders with behavioral health diagnosis between the ages of 13-17. My life series is another innovative tool used by the DETOUR program to address adolescents involved in risky behaviors (drug and alcohol use, teen pregnancy, STDS, delinquent behaviors,etc.).Broken Mirrors is a trauma informed program for adolescent male survivors of commercial sex trafficking.
