The role involved working closely with Sales, Demand Management and Finace to optimise the SCM activities. Whilst in this role, I held the position of deputy Head of Supply Chain Management, which brought additional Sales Order Management orinented topics for me to manange and control      Since transferring to a project oriented role, I have managed a wide range of projects, as part of the Landis strategy to outsource elements of products previously manufactured in the UK. From my perspective this has involved managing the transfer of all B2B processes, from the UK to another Landis facilities. For other projects, I have defined and implemented business process to supporting an outsoucing strategy with our EMS partners in Europe and AsiaAs part of a small project team I have actively and successfully been involved in the set-up of the Landis+Gyr EMEA, Shared Service Center...from concept, training, creating transfer plans, support and continuous improvement, and harmonisation initiativesI'm confident in either a project or operational activities which I manage with a positive outlook, leading and supporting the teams I work with to make things happen together
