The role involved working closely with Sales, Demand Management and Finace to optimise the SCM activities. Whilst in this role, I held the position of deputy Head of Supply Chain Management, which brought additional Sales Order Management orinented topics for me to manange and control      Since transferring to a project oriented role, I have managed a wide range of projects, as part of the Landis strategy to outsource elements of products previously manufactured in the UK. From my perspective this has involved managing the transfer of all B2B processes, from the UK to another Landis facilities.
