My responsibilities as a talent acquisition manager include:- Manage full cycle internal recruitment process from initial contact to the new hire's start date meeting the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple locations hiring qualified entry-level to executive-level candidates as Recruiters, Account Executives, Recruiting Managers, and Directors.- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in each of our 32 office locations nationwide to maximize effectiveness of the recruitment process. - Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through a positive experience in the internal hiring process. - Utilizes various networking tools to identify and connect with qualified candidates. - Collaborates with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill company-wide strategic hiring initiatives

Connecting professionals to employment opportunities across the nation. Covering Entry to Executive level roles.- Source, screen, evaluate, and place candidates into open positions for clients, primarily within the healthcare industry- Source candidates using several different resume sites including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, Zip Recruiter, and Edge (Internal Database)- Apply knowledge of Judge’s internal Applicant Tracking System to properly manage candidates throughout the hiring process- Train new hires on talent sourcing, resume review, and candidate screening- Handle delivery management responsibilites for several clients
