I am a passionate automotive solutions expert, strategist and innovative thinker.A true automotive professional, I started my working life at the coal face of the automotive retail industry, as a qualified motor mechanic.My growing interest in business management led to various opportunities in automotive retail, and quickly led to a position as a Senior Manager at the age of 24. After nearly 12 years in automotive retail, I joined my current employer Pentana Solutions to share my service management and leadership skills with other automotive retailers. In a consultative role, I provided best practice advice, service management training and business audits to equip the automotive retailer with the skills needed to operate an efficient, profitable and customer focused service business.During my 11 year career with Pentana Solutions, I acquired a passion for technology. With my knowledge of the automotive industry and an ability to be an innovative thinker, I have facilitated many local and global projects to implement new systems, data sharing programs and integrated platforms to enhance B2B and B2C interaction between the automotive OEM, the automotive retailer and the automotive consumer.Today, I drive the strategy and direction for Pentana Solutions’ global team of OEM Engagement Managers. With offices across the Asia Pacific, Europe, United Kingdom and North America, I am an active participant in solution design, strategy and implementation across the 131 countries that Pentana Solutions are active in.
