• Roll out the mobility solution tablet project to the Fixed Plant Maintenance and Operations teams.
• Install chute wear monitoring systems and integrate reporting to PM01’s using the email BOT.
• Complete multiple chute design reviews with stakeholders and vendors to increase change out frequencies by improving chute wear life properties.
• Lead the 6wk to 12k shut strategy review project – Review current maintenance tactics to improve maintenance tasks, review personal loading, Screens, Crushers and Chute change out tactics, etc.
