David is a trusted government affairs advisor with over 25 years experience in the financial services sector working with regulators and public policy makers from all levels of government. He has held senior public affairs and risk management roles at several major financial services companies and associations, including Sun Life Financial, Scotiabank, the Canadian Bankers Association and Advocis (The Financial Advisors Association of Canada).
