My responsibilities include teaching children with learning exceptionalities in a small class setting. The small class program provides a supportive learning environment to address the needs and readiness of highly capable children with learning exceptionalities. In both one-on-one and group situations, I provide specific strategies and personalized programming that allows each child to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. The objective of the small class program is to provide support to each child as needed to build student skills, conceptual understanding, confidence, and independence.
