Change Management for Store Operations within Coop LIME project, the new system platform project (SAP S4) for Coop in Sweden which also comprizes new processes and tools that will impact organizations and stores. Lead a team of 8 Change Agents within Store Operations with the responsibility to plan, drive and coordinate all needed change management activities related to store operations within Coop.

Heading a team of controllers with focus on business process development and commercial oriented controlling with the aim to support our 300+ stores within Coop Butiker & Stormarknader AB in building profitable and successfull businesses. Key learnings:- Experience in working within a large IT project organization in a complex structure with multiple stakeholders and governance models. - Increased my knowledge within project reporting.

Finance Manager position in the swedish subsidiary of TX Logistik during a heavy transformation period for the company. Strong focus on process improvements and change management. Responsibilities:- Manager of the finance department.- Member of the management team and rapporteur of the finance to the Board of Directors.- Responsible for all finance processes, i.e. accounting, internal and external reporting, cash management, tax, annual reporting, income tax return, forecast and budget.- Main contact to the auditors.- Finance system migration.- Heavy change agenda including business transformation and outsourcing projects.Key learnings:- Increasing my knowledge in accounting, managerial finance and staff management. The position also deeply involved crisis management and change management including negotiations and preparation of new contracts.

Controller on consolidated level with focus on the Nordic area comprising three sales companies and four production units. Business oriented finance position working closely with country- and functional management in setting and fulfilling financial goals. Responsibilities:- Temporary replacement of the Finance Manager at AB Cydonia, the parent company of Cydonia Group and sister Group to IMP.- Responsible for the daily operations of the financial work of the Group parent company such as payments, VAT and accounting. - Monthly closings, reconciliations and treasury related work with the netting process and its administration.Key learnings:- Deeper knowledge in administrative management and the financial accounting of a company.

Responsibilities:- Business controller for Nestlé Professionals Nordic.- Part of the divisional management team.- Financial reporting of the division including forecast to the head office in Switzerland.Key learnings:- Experience in building an organization in change which Nestlé Nordic was at that time.

Responsibilities:- Business controlling for Zoegas Coffee AB which until 2006-12 was a separate company within the Nestlé Sweden.- Managed and coordinated the budget process and the monthly forecasting of P/L.- Performed variance analysis, commodity price analysis, customer and product profitability analysis and price estimates. Key learnings:- Major focus on change management and implementation of new processes in the organization. The company was under heavy development and was incorporated during this time into Nestle Sweden AB fully as a sub division.

Responsibilities:- Controller at Group level within Faiveley Transport (during my time called Sab Wabco).- Worked together with the Group Accounting Manager with monthly, quarterly and annual reportings, budget and forecasts at the corporate level. - Managed a project for a web based financial information systems against the Group companies.Key learnings:- Gained knowledge of corporate reporting, financial control, governance and control of projects.
