As the Director of I.T. for InterActive Home I was responsible for design, implementation and support for the company as well as it's customers. I defined the processes, procedures and solutions that InterActive Home utilized for setting and maintaining the standards for implementation and service delivery for it's customer IS/IT needs.

As a System Support Manager at IBM Global Services I developed the global Anti-Virus solution for IBM's customer - Halliburton Energy Services. Following the successful approval and roll-out of that project, I was further engaged in Halliburton's global backup/recovery redesign and implementation. After which I transitioned to steady state support of these 2 solutions as well as overseeing a team of 5 U.S. server support specialists on the Halliburton account. During this time I worked closely with the customer in the 4 Dallas-Fort Worth corporate offices.
