Also providing assistance in developing partners, as well as identifying potential customers.

Developed a new business and revenue stream in IT Managed Services. Defined the value proposition of the new service and marketed it to prospective clients and the existing customer base. Created new business partnerships and processes for service delivery of IT Managed Services; produced revenue forecasts and identified potential staff and other service partnering opportunities.Also project managed a SCM portal for Kanatek, to deliver an E-Kanatek Supply Chain service to their customers. (CSC/NORTEL) This was delivered on time in August of 2002.

Provided strategic computing infrastructure architecture and support to the Nortel Networks design community. Provided leadership and directed the local teams tasked with executing the high level strategic plans of Nortel Networks’ Executive Management. This included providing the architectural and engineering solutions necessary to support Nortel Networks’ design infrastructure, which required developing close relationships and partnerships with the design community, their management, other IT teams, outsource suppliers and vendors.
