• Managed artwork requirements for Flexo / Offset / Dry Offset printing. Analyze quality of print reproduction and suggest improvements working with GTS Clemson, SC office.
• Completed print testing / printing any new Graphics or Press equipment, including any press fingerprint trials by recording & reporting results.
• Managed X-Rite iQC color software and eXact Manager software to ensure all eXact handheld devices contained required color libraries for color measurements. Create / load any new color libraries to the eXact devices..
• Coordinated with in-house ink vendors any new ink colors. Insure proper delta E color expectations are met as well as any ink drawdowns requirements for approvals.
• Lead, train and direct Graphics, Pre-press & Pressroom operators in best practices, including print file preparation, plate output, press set-up, color & ink management.
• Coordinated with off-site GPS Group & outside vendors for any requirement of farm out needs such as prepress, pressroom & inks.

• Reported directly to the CORP VP of Manufacturing. Managed day-to-day functions including safety, quality, customer-satisfaction, efficiency, budget and cost controls for major competitor in package printing.

• Performed quotes for all artwork to Sales.

• Lead, train and direct a team of two Supervisors plus a Vault Technician, and Desktop Technical Specialist.
• Trouble shoot production and technical problems: Systematically analyze problems, report and resolve issues. Conduct continuous process review and improvement: Able to successfully review current production processes.
• Completed testing of new hardware / software equipment and installation. Analyze training needs and schedule training if required. Foster continuous process improvement throughout the plant.
