*Monitor and provide reporting on service performance of service providers with the most appropriate and comprehensive metrics to allow for objective assessment of internal IT performance (Dashboard) *Quality management based on data allocated by Providers *Monitor compliance with security management policies (DR, BCM) and other standards in cooperation with Infrastructure Planning & Risk *Control service providers to deliver best in class services and ensure agreed SLA’s are fulfilled based on defined KPI’s*Control escalations with Service Providers and Service Integrator on the daily business *Control the operational day-to-day performance management against agreed SLA’s of all infrastructure service providers through the Service Integrator to ensure an efficient and effective performance delivery which includes:o Performance Analysis and Service Delivery Managemento Incident, Problem and Change Managemento Escalation Managemento IT Security and Risk Management *Ensure the effective delivery of IT products by the service providers to customer satisfaction *Analyze production performance in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence concerning IT performance goals using provided reports (internal/external) with agreed KPI´s *Support of benchmark studies for performance comparison

*Monitor and approve monthly reporting on service provider side (service Level and performance reporting) *Control the operational day-to-day performance management against agreed SLA’s of all infrastructure service providers through the Service Integrator to ensure an efficient and effective performance delivery*Control service providers to deliver best in class services and ensure agreed SLA’s are fulfilled based on defined KPI’s *Monitor compliance with security management policies (DR, BCM) and other standards in cooperation with Infrastructure Planning & Risk *Prepare documents for the internal reporting session *Control escalations with Service Providers and Service Integrator on the daily business *Analyze production performance in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence concerning IT performance goals using provided reports (internal/external) with agreed KPI´s *Support reporting for Management Dashboard (L1 Cockpit Report) *Support escalation Management in EOI
