ANG Pararescue Career Field Functional Manager, Personnel Parachute Program Manager, Dive Program manager, A3 (Operations) Superintendent. Provide Search and Rescue expertise and guidance during National Domestic catastrophic events. Coordinate the placement of Rescue forces. Ensure Guardian Angel and Special Tactics Squadrons are properly funded and trained. Coordinate with lead commands on all regulations and guidance pertaining to Guardian Angel and Air Force Pre-meditated parachuting. Ensure all ANG Pararescue operations are in compliance with regulations. Approve and staff operational waivers, procure funding for equipment and manpower. Approve equipment requests for emerging missions and develop requirement documents to support the procurement and developmental process. Manage personnel and programs within the workplace
