Its initial strategy was to create offshore midstream opportunities for investors, and it formed and spun off LoneStar FLNG in late 2013. The company reactivated in 2017 to evaluate and pursue an energy service business on behalf of a Texas-based family office.

Co-founded this start-up offshore acquisition and exploitation company and participated as an active board member. Brought in to run the Company in 2005 when it experienced financial challenges and managed it until its sale.• Devised the company’s acquisition focus and oversaw the valuation and acquisition of 30 Gulf Of Mexico (GOM) properties.• Initiated and accomplished complete restructuring of the Company through sourcing and negotiating a $25 million capital infusion in July 2005; lowered its cost structure by 40% in six months through staff reductions and operational controls while managing $60 million drilling budget; and then led the strategic divestiture process.• Returned $89.4 million to investors on an initial investment of $450K, and passed along $40 million of asset retirement liabilities to purchaser.
