Install, configure and support Lotus Notes servers, including account management, security, databases, archiving, back-up/recovery, wireless and mobile devices synchronization, and patches/fixes/updates. Analyze and resolve all performance and availability issues. Plan and coordinate the integration of new hardware and software into the messaging environment. Track and monitor all aspects of assigned projects; and deliver status reports to management. Manage issue resolution and change management initiatives. Provide optimal third-tier support to up to 50,000 users.

Effectively designed and delivered training to students on Lotus Notes, Lotus SmartSuite, MS Windows and MS Office Suite technologies. Set-up and configured desktops for classroom. Analyzed and resolved DHCP issues. Key Achievement:Credited for delivering Lotus Notes training to Atlanta Journal Constitution personnel, a major client.

Earned promotion following successful tenure as Assistant LAN Administrator accountable for deploying and configuring Novell NetWare environment. Set-up and supported servers, desktops and peripherals.
