CurrentAs an Enterprise Account Director, I manage a book of clients with $20M in annual revenue. I continually work with the clients to identify short and long-term strategies to meet client goals maximize their investment, create operational efficiencies and ensure financial goals were met and quality and regulatory compliance was maintained.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• Identified and implemented KPI’s to improve outcomes for partners and increase VOC survey scores.• Navigated enterprise software upgrades and new product implementations for 7 of the 9 clients hitting all project delivery timelines.• Built internal client focused Salesforce dashboard for all Account Management increasing quality of client interactions, ensuring SLO’s are met and helped to reduce reactive client engagements.• Provide mentorship to new and existing client facing associates by leading with a teaching mindset, providing positive and candid feedback and encouraging continual learning.
