Working in the the site's projects team Designing, Installing and Commissioning upgrade projects for PC1 and the Speciality Fuel Plants. Also working with the maintenance department offering assistance with day-to-day maintenance issues and ensuring new projects are fully handed over to the maintenance team.

I am responsible for the delivery of project design work packages for installation on offshore oil platforms including: design narratives, bills of material, cable schedules and destruct/construct design drawings. I am also responsible for generating CTRs, Scopes of work, etc. prior to project commencement and man-hour & project progress monitoring throughout the project. Projects have concentrated on production enhancement for a number of BP offshore installations including: Magnus, Bruce and Andrew. I hold a valid VANTAGE card and have offshore experience. I’m familiar with a wide range of software tools, as detailed in earlier roles; during my time at Woodgroup/PSN I’m now familiar with Documentum: file management software.

I was responsible for delivery of project design packages for the Sellafield site including: engineering orders, risk assessments & method statements.SOFTWARE: CAESAR, CIMAGE & AUTOCAD.I was required to liaise with site personnel during design, installation & commissioning phases supplying technical support.I also performed site surveys in various areas including: B41, B550 & B30.Projects included: monitoring systems, new build control rooms, transfer of existing control and assessment of legacy control systems.I was responsible for E,C&I Engineers and project deadlines with an emphasis on project delivery and earned value. I am trained on Sellafield IEC 61508 standards & procedures through EG90 and I’m a Monitored worker.
