Responsibilities:• Shift Manager delegating task to over 25 floor staff.• Smooth and efficient running of a busy sales floor, maintaining customer flow.• Maintaining staff rosters, within company budgets.• Ensuring sales floor cleaning planners have been completed.• Warehouse marshalling, Roll Cage management ensuring the warehouse is tidy and ready for in coming deliveries.• On Shelf Merchandising, ensuring all deliveries are fully worked, and where possible all shelf gaps are investigated, leading to better availability for customers.• Stock Control Systems, ensuring the Stock Control Team have completed all daily activities to ensure better availability for customers.• Price Integrity, ensuring we aim to deliver the correct pricing/charging to customers on an hourly basis.• Waste budget and reduction targets, ensuring all waste is recorded and reviewed to deliver better profitability for the group.• Promotional Management, ensuring maximum availability of all promotional lines.• Security of all high value areas and lines within store.Skills Gained:• Stock Control Basic Framework, Bronze. Silver and Managing Stock Control.• Understanding of Information for Business (I4B) and Detail Reports, Used in planning.• Business Budgets and Staff Rosters• Waste Controls & Reports• Core Skill, ‘Plan Do Review’ How to plan an activity and review upon completion.• Core Skill, ‘Problem Solve Team Build’ (PSTB) How to resolve issues with a team meeting and task completion.• Core Skill, ‘Rapid Action Team’ (RAT) How to resolve issues quickly without jeopardising daily activities.• Facilitation of Managers Meeting, Full Agenda, Expectations & Next Steps.

Responsibilities:• Shift Manager delegating task to over 12 SCT staff.• Efficient running of Stock Control System.• Maintaining staff rosters, within company budgets.• Ensuring Health and Safety and cleaning planners have been completed for Dept.• Warehouse marshalling, Roll Cage management ensuring the warehouse is tidy and ready for in coming deliveries, creating smooth stock transition.• On Shelf Merchandising, ensuring all deliveries are fully worked, and where possible all shelf gaps are investigated, leading to better availability for customers.• Stock Control Systems, ensuring the Stock Control Team have completed all daily activities to ensure better availability for customers.• Price Integrity, ensuring we aim to deliver the correct pricing/charging to customers on an hourly basis.• Waste budget and reduction targets, ensuring all waste is recorded and reviewed to deliver better profitability for the group.
