I worked in a high pressure environment in one of the most difficult periods for the company since its existence. I showed seniority and often trained new starters. I worked in the bakery department of the store and consistently increased sales whilst showing a keen eye for policy awareness and safety. I was also very flexible in respect of my working hours and also with regards to my role within the shop as I was able to take advice off my superiors and also pass on advice to colleagues of the same level. I was able to confidently communicate with my manager and suggest possible solutions to various problems.
