Experienced Production Supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Office 365, People Management, Spreadsheets, and Teamwork. I have many year’s experience in the manufacturing business which began during my time at my previous job role where I was a Manufacturing Supervisor for 11 years. All the jobs roles I have held, I have always had direct contact and been front line with other staff members so that they are confident with my lead, this has meant I was able to maintain a healthy working relationship with them.There are many requirements that have been covered over the years in my previous roles and current employment such as making sure that lines are ready for production, keeping up to date with weekly meetings with upper management on our schedule adherence, disciplinary meetings, PDR for staff ensuring that all staff are meeting requirements, targets and expected KPI's.I currently support the BUPL in the office and provide cover during absence and holidays, during this period I am solely responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff on shift.respond to ADT calls at Hay-on-Wye and adjoining satellite sites, I hold SQDCP meetings and drive schedule adherence for the shift by ensuring all support departments are prepared for the shift.I have a great attitude towards work, I am also confident and approachable in character.I have a great ability to resolve issues, I have great relations between departments which enables me to provide solutions that are not always in my direct area.I work well under pressure and work to provide solutions to problems that I encounter.I have a good mechanical background which gives me a good understanding and knowledge of machinery which helps me liaise with my peers and support departments.
