Estate Agency and Lettings -In 2008 I moved over from Mortgages into Estate Agency, utilising knowledge gained from working in that environment, and my previous sales manager experience and also taking into account previous lettings experience. Mortgage Consultant -I have had wide experience in my 12 year history as a senior mortgage consultant, working within estate agents, bank and as self employed and I am fully CeMAP qualified. A quality I pride myself on is excellent customer service leading to referrals and repeat business by customer trust.Retail Management -My working life started as part time with Halfords and there I progressed to Assistant Manager at a superstore and then to Manager of a motor factor. Customer service levels have been ingrained in me from then and I can communicate at any level to any customer and pride myself on being able to build rapport to earn trust, increase business and sales levels, be knowledgeable and sell by education, gaining repeat business and referrals.
