In my role as Maintenance Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations and engineering of a packaging/filling manufacturing system, managing 54 Maintenance Technicians and 38 Production Personnel during three high-yielding shifts. I rely on strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issues that affect LEF, OEE, and GLY.My career with Anheuser Busch started in the position of Group Manager and I have been consistently recognized by management for excellence in team development and training, operations management, and quality assurance. As a result, I was promoted and assumed positions of increased responsibility including Packaging Specialist, Shift Manager, Business Process Manager, and Maintenance Coordinator.A few of my most notable accomplishments are comprised of reducing keg shifted loads by 70%, significantly improving facility safety standards, and reducing CO2 emissions by 60%.

As Regional Quality Assurance Manager I was responsible for overseeing complex data and process analysis, identifying deficiencies, operations improvement, vendor negotiation and management, new product development and production, inventory control, and employee training at eight plant locations. In addition, I designed and produced an innovative visual defect guide that was adopted into Alpha Packaging’s corporate IP training. Over a four-year period, my team successfully reduced “Complaints Per Million Opportunities,” resulting in a #1 ranking in Quality and Personal Customer Service.
