I have taken over the role of third party management. As part of this role I am the main point of contact between all third party apps such as UberEats, Doordash, SkipTheDishes, Ritual and Tractor Foods.Due to the pandemic hitting hospitality industry it is part of my job to ensure we can survive by the on boarding and the integrating of these popular third party within our Brink POS system.I am heavily involved in the whole process from the first initial discussions, marketplace fees, menu creation and the daily up keep of all of this.Editing and constantly updating our menus with fresh pictures and descriptions to further create sales for Tractor Foods as a whole.

Communication is vital in the work place as you must clearly speak to both customers and other staff members to ensure the correct orders are received. I recently received a promotion and I am 1 of 5 in charge of training new and current staff.

I am in charge of helping organise events within the nightclub for students during the semester and potentially helping to organise weekend events for the nightclub. I am involved in selling tickets and meeting with students and telling them the events lined up for the semester. I deal with large amounts of money and spend most of my time communicating with students.

I worked co-inside with the company owner for 3 months as a sales promoter in which I was involved greatly in the promoting of nightclubs along with other aspects that the company "No1 Nightclubs NYC" had to offer. Due to myself still being a student I had the opportunity to be heavily in charge of the "J1 nights" and to help make the Irish students time in New York a brilliant experience. I met up with many bars/nightclub owners in New York and spoke with them about my ideas and theirs and see would it suit the J1s. I finalise nightclubs/bars/boat parties and arranged to meet with a designer who created the posters that I would then use to promote. Links were set up through our website in which was where you could purchase tickets for each event. I spent large amount of time on the phone and speaking directly with people to ensure I was doing a satisfying job for my boss.
