Shift Supervisor Akron Control Bladder2019-Current Produces rubber bladders for the production of tires for manufacturers such as Goodyear, Bridgestone/Firestone, etc. Current role is to oversee and supervise the daily production and employees within the production, quality control, and shipping and receiving departments. Daily responsibilities included but not limited to delegating tasks, reporting issues to management, attendance tracking, and more. While in this position I have also had the ability to work hands-on within all production departments that pertain to the distribution of our product. I have extensive experience in quality control, buffing, shipping and receiving, and more. I have restructured the shipping and receiving process/department which in turn has optimized and expedited this internal department. Laborer Supervisor Armada Construction LLC2013-2018 HProvides the pouring of concrete foundations, walls, and footers for new home construction.My role at Armada Construction started as a general wall/construction laborer for new home construction with the responsibility of setting panel molds and pouring concrete foundations; along with stripping the forms after the concrete has cured. Within the years of work experience at Armada, I was promoted to the service/repair dispatch supervisor. Deployed to make repairs on foundation cracks, install drain tile, cut beam pockets, install window wells/basement windows and much more. Daily utilizing partner saws, generators, drills, pumps, jack hammers, hammer drills, and other various types of power tools for the job functions. General Laborer/Team Lead Ohio State Waterproofing2011-2013 Rebuild crew specializes in the tear-down and re-building of deteriorating foundations. The re-build crew tears down deteriorating basement/foundation walls and rebuilds them to a new and stable state. Some of the basic functions included: mixing mud or mortar, digging trenches, hauling stone and other materials.
