My background has been in graphic communications and consultancy, where I have worked for a wide range of organisations in both professional services and industry. Experience has been gained in corporate image design, the development and branding of services, the design and implementation of corporate communication and packaging programmes, advertising and promotions, direct mail and email marketing campaigns, website design and development. My career has developed through increased responsibility and accountability from designer to art director and design management. Providing the ‘hands on’ creative communications lead, alongside design and project management, efficient traffic management, web and print production, account handling, client liaison and new business development. I have a strong understanding brand principles and have considerable experience of working to, and evolving design guidelines. I have the ability to develop ideas and new concepts, working with senior stakeholders to communicate business initiatives worldwide. I have been responsible for many large and complex design projects across brand, web, eLearning, print and exhibition and experience spanning corporate and consumer from SMEs to national and multi-national organisations.
