Have been working for ECMD sense 2001 I became Maintenance Manager a few months after I started. Sense then I have implemented a TPMP system for all plant equipment. I have integrated new and existing equipment into the process flow to make them more efficient. I have designed many complete machines for special applications for the company, reprogrammed old equipment to work better with process flow. I am the primary electrical engineer and mechanical engineer. I have past experience in the Microwave and RF industry in many applications from wood working, plastics, food industries, resin preheating, pharmaceuticals cross linking, textiles, automotive industries and many more. My primary strengths are programming, electrical design and power distribution, equipment design and project management and implementation. Have been in the industry sense before 1985 and have been exposed to many industrial applications through the years which has only given me a strive to be better at what I do with every application. Have been a Honored Member of Cambridge Who's Who sense 2007. Have had my North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Licenses sense 2011.I also have a US Patent in 2013 for Warehouse Storage System Patent # 8,562,280. This system has been beneficial to the company to reduce employee injury and maintain a fast and efficient stocking system for our Distribution facility.
